NICHOLAS P. POLCARI, PE, LEED AP

Nicholas Polcari, PE, LEED AP was made a partner in 2013 and serves as a principal engineer in the mechanical engineering department.

Nick has designed mechanical systems for a wide range of commercial buildings including retail, industrial, medical, religious, and educational facilities. Nick has also worked to develop a number of different prototypes for various brands across the country.

Nick is a registered mechanical engineer in the states of Texas, Arizona, California, DC, New Mexico, & Minnesota and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from Texas Tech University.
